JOIN OUR
VOLUNTEER
COMMUNITY

Become a Community Consulting Teams volunteer and use your business skills to help a local non-profit better serve the community.

WHAT IT TAKES.

CCT volunteers are a special group. They are experienced professionals who volunteer to leverage their business skills to define, research, analyze and solve our clients’ issues.

  • They have worked in many industries and have diverse functional expertise in areas such as marketing, operations, organizational behavior, finance, general management, business development, strategic planning, and consulting.

  • Their years of business experience range from 5 to 50.

  • Some are employed full-time; others are part-time workers, stay-at-home parents, between jobs and retirees.

HAVE OTHER SKILLS?

If you would like to help CCT, but client project work is not a good fit right now, you are in luck! There are additional volunteer roles and projects we're looking to staff, with a range of time commitments.

From marketing to event planning to photography/videography, CCT is looking to grow the work we do and, as a volunteer-run organization, we can use more help. Use the link below to see some of the current roles we are looking to fill.

"Working on the CCT Beacon Hill Village project was a wonderful experience for me. Not only was I able to utilize my MBA skills and knowledge within the context of a meaningful nonprofit consulting experience, but I was also able to build relationships with an interesting and talented group of individuals. It was a pleasure to work with people who were committed, smart and passionate about their pursuits. I truly feel that our work made an impact, and I know that I learned a great deal along the way.

— Elizabeth A., CCT Volunteer and former Board Member

"Following the CCT project, I was invited to join the Board of Boston City Singers and am now serving as Vice Chair.

All CCT projects have been interesting and challenging in different ways. I've enjoyed digging in and understanding the customers, competitors and industries in which they operate."

— Johanna Musselman, CCT Volunteer
