Interested in contributing to CCT outside of client project work? As a volunteer-run organization, there are several additional volunteer roles and projects we're looking to staff, with a range of time commitments. MARKETING
COMMITTEE
CONTACT: Operations@cctboston.org
TIME FRAME: Year Round (3-8 hours per month)
Help drive awareness and interest in CCT - for volunteers, clients, and donors. Current areas of support CCT is looking for include:

Design and create marketing content for CCT website, newsletter or social platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using tools such as Canva and Mailchimp

Track performance of CCT marketing communication efforts to assess most efficient strategies to reach our audiences and build awareness

Collaborate with the Client Development committee and the project teams to develop stories about CCT clients and CCT project teams

Collaborate with the Volunteer committee to capture CCT volunteers testimonials

Skills Needed: Canva graphic design; Mailchimp design, Content generation
​
Previous work experience in marketing preferred but not required.
SALESFORCE
SUPERUSER
CONTACT: operations@cctboston.org
TIME FRAME: Year-round with peaks and lulls; 15 hours a month during busy times:

Join the CCT Infrastructure Team and work with the CCT Board on key processes that use Salesforce.com, such as client application tracking, volunteer recruiting, and reporting.
​
Must have previous advanced knowledge experience with Salesforce, including report writing, lead conversion and campaign execution.
​
Coding experience preferred but not required.
PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEOGRAPHER

TIME FRAME: 2-4 events per year (June, December, October). 3-4 hours per event.

Help visually document CCT activities, such as the Project Wrap-Up Celebration, project presentations, and volunteer events.

Skills Needed: Photography, Photo editing

Video production skills desired but not required.
EVENT PLANNING
CONTACT: Operations@cctboston.org
​TIME FRAME: 2-4 events per year (June, December, October).
​
Help organize events (virtual or in-person) including the annual Kick-Off (January) and Wrap-Up Celebration (June) as well as leadership and fundraising events. We work with an events planner, but need someone to be the liaison and handle the invites, RSVPs, and nametags. Also needed are people to help set-up during the day of the event.
