Volunteer Roles

CCT is an all-volunteer organization.  Below are descriptions of the different kinds of roles that our volunteers play.  If you are interested in becoming a Team Member, please submit a Volunteer Application.  All other volunteer roles are available only by invitation from CCT’s Board of Directors and are generally restricted to experienced CCT volunteers.

Team Member — Work with fellow team members and a nonprofit client to complete a project

Project Manager — Coach team and manage communications with client, facilitating project process, and progress

Project Sponsor — Serve as a liaison between the project team, client and CCT board

Committee Member — Standing committees include: client development,  volunteer development, project management, marketing, finance, and infrastructure.

Board Member — Set strategic direction for CCT; manage organization and processes.
